TPS73733DCQ of Texas Instruments is linear 1A low-dropout voltage regulator with reverse current protection. Features NMOS pass transistor in a voltage-follower configuration, which is relatively insensitive to output capacitor value and ESR, allowing a wide variety of load configurations, achieve ultra-low dropout performance, and reverse current blockage.

As part of the TPS737xx family, it also uses an advance BiCMOS process to yield high precision while delivery very low dropout voltages and low ground pin current. It has an excellent load transient response.

Based on its low current consumption in shutdown mode, which is even less than 20nA, makes it ideal for portable applications.
