Ceramic capacitors are widely used in variety of applications and processed across almost all electronic industries. Selecting a reliable component for your project is critical at the beginning. Yageo provides a wide range of Multilayer Ceramic capacitors for different applications. This article is about CC0603JRX7R9BB333.
CC0603JRX7R9BB333 of Yageo is X7R ceramic capacitor with 0.033 µF capacitance. The operational temperature is between -55°C to 125°C.
(1)Size Inch Based (METRIC): 0603 (1608)
(2)Tolerance: ± 5%
(3)Packing Style: Paper/PE taping reel; Reel 7 inch
(4)Temperature Coefficient: X7R
(5)Rated Voltage: 50V
(6)Capacitance Value: 0.033 µF
The capacitor consists of a rectangular block of ceramic dielectric in which a number of interleaved metal electrodes are contained. The inner electrodes are connected to the two end terminations and finally covered with a layer of plated tin (NiSn).
This MLCC features the X7R dielectric. As a Class II capacitor, it has relatively poor temperature stability than that of Class I capacitors. However, it comes with high capacitance. So it usually used in rectification, bypass, and other purposes.
Unless otherwise specified, all test and measurements of X7R dielectric capacitors shall be made under standard atmospheric condition for testing as given in 5.3 of IEC 60068-1.
- Temperature: 15 °C to 35 °C
- Relative humidity: 25% to 75%
- Air pressure: 86 kPa to 106 kPa
Before the measurements are made, the capacitor shall be stored at the measuring temperature for a time sufficient to allow the entire capacitor to reach this temperature. The period as prescribed for recovery at the end of a test is normally sufficient for this purpose.
CC0603JRX7R9BB333 is non-polarized, so it may be connected either to positive or negative voltage.
