Littelfuse Inc

Littelfuse Inc is a semiconductor manufacturer that primarily designs and produces circuit protection products. To address an application from consumer electronics to automotive and industrial, Littelfuse also provides a variety of power semiconductors, sensors, electronic switches, etc. 

In 2013, Littelfuse acquired an automotive sensors manufacturer Hamlin Inc and expanded its product to include sensors.

In 2016, the IGBT and TVS divisions of onsemi was divested to Littelfuse.

In 2017, IXYS Corporation was acquired by Littelfuse Inc.
