Integrated Circuits are essential components in electronic circuits. To ensure the highest quality and performance of electronic devices, it is critical to have a thorough quality control process for the chips. Hard Find Electronics will commit a strict QC for all ICs before shipment.

All products will be processed with 4 steps:

▪ Label verification and Packaging condition 

Make sure the info on the label is correct and matched the order. Checking if the packaging condition is well anti-static sealed. 

▪ Visual inspection 

The sencond step is to inspect the ICs for any visible defects, such as cracks, printing and pins, and other physical damage. 

▪ Functional Test 

Conduct testing for any electrical shorts or other issues to ensure that the chips are functioning properly. Additional technical tests for further guarantee are processed via our in-house test labs. 

▪ Packaging 

The products will be packaged for shipment if they are in qualified standard after all the quality control tests.
